Step -Step Assign User in order to access Cisco Unified Communications Manager
1. Go to User Management -> User Settings -> Access Control Group.
2. Select CCM End Users.
3. Click Find User, if the name doesn’t exist go to number 4, if the name exist go to number 8.
4. Click Add End Users to Group.
5. Select the corresponding name or Select all.
6. Click Add Selected.
7. Click Find
8. Click the name.
9. Click Device Association
10. Click Find.
11. Select the corresponding phone.
12. Click Save Selected Change.
13. MAC Address Ip phone will appear.
14. Click Save.
